Driver assignments are for NCEM coordination. Enterprise will confirm the names on each rental agreement.

Pickup and return

Pickup: Friday, October 16, no earlier than 4:00 PM.

Return: Sunday, October 18, after 6:00 PM.

Arrangements have been discussed with the Enterprise counter.

What each driver needs

1. Enterprise confirmation number
2. Valid driver's license
3. Credit card in their own name

Insurance and payment

At the counter: Each driver will add vehicle damage coverage and supplemental liability protection to their rental.

Estimated total per van for the entire weekend: $450, including rental, damage coverage, and liability protection.

Enterprise advised that approximately $650 will be placed on each driver's credit card at pickup.

NCEM will cover all rental costs. Shaun Gartman will handle payment arrangements when the vans are returned Sunday.

Fuel

Drivers may purchase fuel as needed. NCEM will reimburse all fuel expenses. Please keep fuel receipts.
